About me
Jeremy Foss is a community-focused professional with more than a decade of experience in harm reduction, outreach, and trauma-informed support.
His work spans local nonprofits, frontline service organizations, and educational programs in both Canada and the United States.
Jeremy has served with AIDS Saint John and Avenue B, where he supported needle distribution, client outreach, walk coordination, and frontline community engagement. Supervisors describe him as calm, patient, dependable, and non-judgmental—someone who builds trust with clients and colleagues alike.
He is trained in trauma-informed care, Indigenous awareness, grief support, and advanced therapeutic approaches, with certifications from organizations including CTRI, Fluence, Restoring Balance Consulting, JEDI, and the Thunderbird Partnership Foundation. His background also includes international training in English teaching and a U.S. State Department-approved internship through The Washington Center in Washington, DC.
Jeremy’s work is grounded in dignity, respect, and practical support for people navigating difficult circumstances.

Sessions range from $20–$200, depending on length, services, and insurance. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. I also love to work with uninsured clients on a sliding scale model, so please be sure to let me know and we can find a price that works for you!

Acupuncture is generally not painful and many people find it to be a relaxing experience. If you have a specific condition you're looking to treat or any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. I often treat clients post surgery with pain management, regaining sensation, and more. My practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone, I welcome you to share as much or as little as you want with me in order to help you feel comfortable joining my healing space.
